Nigga & Nigger
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “NIGGA” & “NIGGER”.
I don’t care what anybody says. Jay-Z stated that we took the word “Nigger” made it into “Nigga” and created a term of endearment. Nah you ain’t create a term of endearment, you created a term of ignorance that insults the very essence of Black people in America.
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “NIGGA” & “NIGGER”.
I’m not going to act like I have not used the word “Nigga” but one day I found out where the term came from. The word “Nigger” comes from the word “NEGUS” which means Ethiopian royalty . So history has it that slavery occurred and that one word which meant royalty became a word to describe a Jester, a joke.

You not doing yourself or your friend a favor by calling him “Nigga”, you think it’s all love but it’s all ignorance. Call a dog a name enough times and he answers to it; call a man a “Nigga” and eventually he starts acting like one. Fuck what the rappers say, fuck what the movies say, fuck what the media says. The word “Nigga” is as harmless as a Wolf in Sheep’s clothing.

Ideas and words last longer than anything else in this world. So please do yourself a favor just like I did and erase the word “Nigga” from your vernacular. it is not needed, it not positive, it is not loving, it is not black people.

The only people making the word nigga something bad are niggas like this. You know how many words have changed meaning? TONS. If I’m “black people” and I say it and I don’t feel insulted, then so what? I have WAY more important things to worry about socially than the word nigga.
